An Apple store is coming to Friendly Center next year! Wee!

Maybe we'll get to see the 25-foot tractor beam.

If your connection is fast enough, this is pretty awesome. It's an interactive flash music video for The Arcade Fire's "Neon Bible."

According to Pitchfork, Radiohead fans look forward to new albums more than the birth of their firstborn. My firstborn is so far down the road, I'll discuss In Rainbows instead.

It's the Radiohead album I've always secretly wanted. It's not scary like Hail to the Thief. It's not mechanical like Amnesiac. It is, dare I say it, pretty. I really don't care that it's not groundbreaking or experimental. I know at least Eric's got my back on this one. Go eat an icepick, Pitchfork.

Here are my thoughts about a track or four:

"15 Step": Nickel Creek needs to cover this before they are not longer. That time might have already come. I do not know their status.

"All I Need": This has Gillian Welch and David Rawlings all over it. I can see Gillie doing her mental hospital/old folk's home foot dance right now.

"Faust Harp": It sounds like a Chris Thile song that he would be incredibly proud to play on Austin City Limits. I never thought I'd see the day when Radiohead sounded like Chris Thile instead of the other way 'round.

"House of Cards": Do not want.

Go buy it. You can pay less than a dollar for it if you're that cheap. It's only the second album I've recommended all year.
